# I really like Stop buttons

I’d really like one. I know its a (dumb) trend, I know it takes up space, I doubt it’ll happen, but when I’ve finished playing I like to Stop playing, not pause and then kill the process on the phone.

You can add a stop button in the small player in the settings.  
Long press the play button in both screen act as stop too.

I like stop buttons too, I added one to the compact player, but there’s no way to add one to the expanded players, plus long pressing defaults to jumping to the start of the current track. It can be customised, but changing it to Stop isn’t an option.

Edit: I was able to make the bottom right icon a Stop button 🙂
