# I can't make a purchase

Hello, I can’t make a purchase, it prompts “There was an error starting the in-app purchase, check your app store for the most…”

1. I made sure that my play store is the latest version. There is no problem with Google Services Framework.
2. Confirm that there is no problem with the network.
3. I tested other apps that contain in-app purchases downloaded in the play store, click to buy. The purchase window can pop up normally.

Like most chinese phone your Play Store version is 25.x that is a 2 years old version. This is really not the last one 😉

Update your Play Store [https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-store/google-play-store-34-6-12-release/](https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-store/google-play-store-34-6-12-release/)

Else properly fill the template and provide the necessary logs.

Thank you, although APKMirror Installer failed to install Google Store, but the problem of low version that was solved by other methods has been successfully purchased now.
