I’m having a few issues: when I use a custom string to display the current output on the playback screen, and I’m listening to music via Bluetooth, the string continues to show the Bluetooth device even after I turn Bluetooth off; furthermore, when I go into the equalizer, it shows the settings for the Bluetooth device.
It seems I have another problem, too… when music plays through the phone’s speakers, it displays the message “symfonium:built-in-speaker” instead of “Phone” like it used to. Is that an update or a bug?
turn off your phone’s Bluetooth and stop the current queue
Turn on Debug Mode
Turn on Bluetooth and connect to your device
Start playing any song.
Disconnect the BT device (or turn off Bluetooth)
Disable Debug Mode and then share the logs with support
it displays the message “symfonium:built-in-speaker” instead of “Phone” like it used to. Is that an update or a bug?
Which app version are you on? Post the string you are using, so I can try it on mine.
Also, is English the only language you have used the app in? I know there was an issue a while ago tied to changing device languages, but that should be fixed in recent betas.
Hi. I am using the string %output.current%, and in both English and Spanish, it displays the message “symfonium:built-in-speaker”. I just updated the app to version 15.1.0B5, but it has been like this since earlier versions—though I don’t recall exactly which one it started with.
That string still says just “Phone” for me so I don’t think anything has changed with it. You should probably make a Support post for that. Not much I can tell you.
For the Bluetooth thing, either repeat the steps until it happens again (preferred) or just leave debug mode on until it happens again. Then once it does happen, turn off debug mode and send the logs. Not much I can tell you about that either
