How do I restore, without keeping play counts?

I’m trying to reset all my play counts without deleting and re-adding all my music.

If I use the Backup - and I don’t select “User Data”, shouldn’t this be a backup of settings playlists, etc, without play counts and other play data?

Is there another step on the restore that I need to do to clear all the music meta data?

Push the button clear playback history?

I see in Settings - Advanced - Clear Detailed Playback History, but that one says it keeps playback history. Mind pointing me to the right one?
