Issue description
After the recent update v15 my all the tracks songs are now showing with file names not by there tags details , i removed my media and added again cleared songs cache but still issue not fixing kindly help me to fix it

Steps to reproduce
Added media from my local storage then after the scan it showing full file name of a track instead of track/song name.
