Help with Emby remote access

Issue description:

I’ve tried setting up Emby remote access and it works flawlessly on the local network. However, the remote access isn’t quite working well. I am unsure if this requires port forwarding and tinkering with the router settings. I am currently not in a position to do so. However, I would really appreciate it if you were to point out the mistake / issue from the logs provided (I hope they are in order).

Really appreciate your work. Any help / direction would be truly welcome.

The remote access values are all turned on / checked in Network.

Changed network block from whitelist to blacklist to make sure that was not the issue.

P.S. It’s an apartment. So, I don’t have access to router config. Sorry if this is the primary issue.
 

Reproduction steps:

 
Set up Emby Server.
Connected to Emby Connect.
From the Dashboard, used the Remote Access WAN URL provided.

Login details are correct. Have tried with the Server login creds as well as the Emby Connect creds.

The app can’t connect to the port and IP. You need either vpn or tunnel or port forwarding. But this is outside of the support scope sorry.
