Issue description
I typically have half star ratings disabled. Navidrome only takes full star ratings. I recently noticed that I was able to give half star rating despite having the setting disabled.

Steps to reproduce
Use the rating bar in the now playing page on any currently playing track.
Additional information
In my log, the 2nd track I played only accepted full star ratings. The first track and any track after the 2nd could be given half star ratings. It’s inconsistent.
After enabling debug mode I turn half star ratings on them back off before giving ratings.
I was on beta 8 when I noticed, I also tried beta 9 with the same issue.
