### Feature description

Add support for reading all potential streams in an MKA/MKV file (TrueHD/Atmos/DTS-HDma/X/LPCM, etc.)

### Problem solved

If a MKA file is encoded in TrueHD or X, on most phones, Using JellyFin, it would transcode to 192kb/s OPUS instead of looking for other audio tracks, on SMB different behavior would be exhibited, but it would still try with the TrueHD stream and not any others.

### Brought benefits

Access to high quality audio tracks, instead of high effiency

### Other application solutions

VLC has pretty good support for MKV and MKA

### Device type

Phone

I need the mka files too with the multiple tracks and you just write the description you used for the upload.

In 99,99% of the countries no since it’s temporary for tests. It’s less piracy than you giving access to your jellyfin server to your family.
