Feature description
Add ability in smartplaylists to create filter rule for songs that are in any playlist or in no playlist. This could be achieved by either:
- Extend the “In playlist” filter target with “is in any” and “is in none” filters
- Support wildcard/regex pattern for the “is” and “is not” filters’ values
Would be nice if it would work for the “In smart playlist” filter target as well.
Problem solved
I want to have a smartplaylist that contains all songs that have not been added to any other playlist yet.
This is technically already possible, if I create a smartplaylist and create a rule for each playlist, but for a lot of playlists this is really cumbersome to setup and maintain.
Brought benefits
Especially the wildcard/regex matching would be nice, so that one can easily filter for multiple playlists with just one rule, if playlists follow a custom naming scheme.
I had playlists folders with my previous setup so all my playlists are now named like “folder/name”. With pattern matching I would be able to create smartplaylists that combine playlists for each folder again.
