Failure to cache or even play

Issue description:

For some of my tracks, they refuse to play with a spinning play button. Others stream or play from the cache fine and I’m not sure why. Log has been uploaded, tagged with my username.

I did recently re-tag all my music with Picard, but didn’t change the filenames or move any files. I also deleted all cached files from Symfonium and rescanned all music in Airsonic.

The files are invalid in the cache, but the logs does not show the downloads so it’s hard to know.

Check the server logs to be sure there’s no error there.

Thanks for your reply. I had a look at the airsonic setup, logs and settings and couldn’t find anything, so I’m now using Navidrome instead, which seems fine.
