Issue description

I usually play with upnp (MPD with upmpdcli or with UAPP), especially when I want to use my usb dac since symfonium does not have usb dac native support [1] [2]
The device can support native dsd/dsf. Since symfonium always transcode offline cache, I cannot play native dsd/dsf when offline. Maybe I am missing something, but on Manage offline files page, quality is original but size saved on offline cache is smaller because it’s transcoded.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Select cast button, connect to upnp.
  2. Add a dsf song to queue, it’s native DSF. UAPP meta data shows url is from my navidrome instance.
  3. Select cast button, open upnp settings (gear icon), enable Prefer offline cached version
  4. Offline another dsf song.
  5. Add said song to queue, play it.
  6. My dac reporting that it’s PCM, not DSF.

I updated to 15.0.0B2 but offline cache is still transcoded

Provide logs showing the offline cache operation.

But there’s DAC support and native DSD support.
