Empty genre after excluded library

Issue description:

Hi,

I added a library “audiobooks” with genre e.g. Thriller in Emby. After recognising that these tracks are also synced with Symfonium I excluded Audiobooks in the Setting Mediasources.

In the Genres the Genre Thriller, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, etc. are left with no entry.
According to me the empty genres should be also removed after excluding the audiobook library with those genre.

Empty genre removal is an option in Advanced / Database. If it’s not removed there’s something associated with that genre.

Where is this setting exactly?

Settings → Advanced Setting → Database → in german: Leere Albem, Interpretation und Genres ausblenden

Is this the correct setting?

Because the empty genres are still there

Ah sry, you’re right. Are these steps correct?

  1. Enable Debug Mode
  2. Full sync = I go to Mediasource → Emby → Sync
  3. Upload it via App

Hum very strange. Can you provide me an access to the server in private so I can try to reproduce ? From the logs the genre should be deleted.
