Issue description:
Sometimes when selecting “Edit Smart Playlist”, not all settings will be displayed. As seen in the screenshots, the option to filter “sort order” or “max item count” is completely left out at times.
It is completely random that this happens. At first I thought it was a beta issue but now I am on stable release. I have tried to capture the logs reproducing the issue but no success, yet it still happens at random intervals.
And like last time, Im not making this up 
Ill attach the logs that I captured but please remember the isse was not reproduced during capture.
