Issue description:
While at home, I added some albums to a playlist that’s set to auto-cache. They then started downloading automatically. When I left home, the primary connection IP was no longer available, and it looks like the downlooad manager just kept retrying that IP and never tried the secondary IP configured for that provider.
When I saw this was happening I enabled debug logging for a little while. If you need a log from the very beginning I can try to reproduce the problem.
