Does not always play nor keep track of progress

Issue description:

I have three major issues:

  1. Sometimes when I start the app it won’t even log in to plex properly. When I go to the plex app it logs in fine.
  2. It often won’t play the next chapter in a book. It works fine for a long time, then just won’t play the next chapter, i just get the spinning play button forever.
  3. It often loses my progress. I open the app and go to listen to the last listened to book and it starts ove.r

I don’t understand. I followed the steps to ultras my logs and the code is there.

There is no logs uploaded with that description or your name.

If he log is more than 100mb it shows an error and you need manual upload.

There’s more than 2 months of data in the logs I have no idea what to look for when.

You might just want to start by enabling playback cache in the settings to workaround most of the network issues.
