Disable cached songs when higher quality is possible

Cached songs (in quality ie : OPUS 128) are useful when connected through mobile network, but should be disabled when playing from the same wifi network as the media server (jellyfin) : where you want to play the FLAC files of the media library instead of OPUS.

If there’s no easy way to detect that the media server is on the same LAN : a switch to disable local cache would do the job.

It’s already there, if you enable transcoding for offline cache there’s a setting prefer server version on Wifi that you can enable.
