When selecting “Image” for the Header style, there is a toggle to “Prefer animated” artwork. When selecting “Blur” this toggle disappears but the artwork used is still tied to the state of the toggle.
Is “Blur” style just missing the new toggle? Or is the effect being unintentionally applied to animated artworks?

Steps to reproduce
Settings > Interface > Artist > Expand Preview
Set “Header background” to “Image” and note which arts are used when “Prefer animated background artwork” is toggled.
Set “Header background” to “Blur”. The image being blurred does not revert to the “non-animated” artwork, but I stead uses whichever artwork visible.
Additional information
Can only test the preview due to media provider bug. I thought I’d slip a few reports in before you send out a fix lol. 
Screenshots show that the Blur-style artwork matches the Image-style artwork, despite not having the toggle to “Prefer animated” artwork.
