Can't seek forward or back with uncached songs

Issue description:

If the song isn’t cached, I can’t seek forward or back (either via slider or lyrics) without it completely restarting the song. I’m currently using the Subsonic API via Airsonic Advanced over a Tailscale connection

Go to files
Play any song that isn’t cached
Try to seek forward/back

Have that provider join OpenSubsonic to implement the proper extension Transcode Offset | OpenSubsonic and do not force transcoding server side.

Unfortunately, it looks like Airsonic Advanced doesn’t support the OpenSubsonic API yet. I did notice that there was a GitHub issue open requesting it, so I’ll keep an eye out. Thanks for the advice.
