Cant play any song from Airsonic (Subsonic)

Issue description

I Cant play any song Airsonic(Subsonic).
I can see Albums and Songs but cant play any songs.
If I select a song, toast says “No available media”.

I can provide the support staff with information about the test users on the server for verification purposes.

I’m japanese and not good at english.
If the explanation is unclear, I will write it again in more detail.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open App
  2. Select Any folder
  3. Play any song

Additional information

I tried delete/set up media provider and App reinstall.
but it was Reproducible results.

How do you actually start the media ? Can you make screenshots or video ?

While checking some additional settings before taking a screenshot or video, I noticed the following:

  • This issue only occurs on a mobile carrier network. (It does not occur on Wi-Fi.)

  • This issue occurs on only one of my multiple smartphones.

Therefore, I compared the settings of the affected device and noticed the following differences:

  • Offline & Cache, Downloads > General > Rolling Cache Size
  • Offline & Cache, Downloads > Playback > Playback Cache Size

The problematic device had these cache sizes (around 3GB) set.

After disabling both caches, the problematic device was able to play content successfully.

Although the root cause is unclear, I have resolved the issue myself, so you may close this support form.
