# Can't get Artist Info in webdav

Hi.
I’ve just tested the new version. It works on the local library.
In Webdav it doesn’t (there’s no option to specify the ArtistInfo folder).

I’ll need new logs to see why your server fails since you don’t have the server logs.

I have an additional question regarding the wiki.
it says that Symfonium supports various artwork types placed directly within the artist folder, so don’t we need to have an nfo for this to work?
Just having the artist images would be enough for me via webdav, rather than bothering with the nfo file… 🙂

NFOs are mandatory to match things with mbids.
The logs only shows error 405 no details from your server ☹ You’ll really need to try to get the server logs about why it fails.
Is your server accessible from Internet ? Can you provide a test account so I can try to debug more ?

Hello.
I’ve decided to stop using webdav. I’m going to stay local on my phone.
I couldn’t get more info about the error on my nas. I’m not knowledgeable enough.

You can also use SMB on Synology.
