Issue description:
Whenever I am using a mobile data connection, I am unable to see nor play any media that I haven’t already added to the permanent offline cache. I can sync to my media provider just fine, and it returns the right number of tracks, are actually available for playback. Connecting to Wi-Fi again allows me to play whatever I want. Attempted to toggle all of the offline and Wi-Fi related settings that I can, yet, the issue persists even after clearing the cache and force-stopping the app from settings.

It also appears to not load the cover art for any media while using mobile data as well
Reproduction steps:
I do not have another device to attempt to reproduce the issue on, however simply not having an active Wi-Fi connection, despite having an active mobile data, internet connection causes the issue for me
