Is there a way to set a cache size limit?

Cache size of what ?

But no there’s not the app is meant to be offline first.

cache size of tracks downloaded by the app. Unless tracks are removed once a play is complete ?

Only the tracks you manually select for caching are cached, you can see sizes in the settings manage offline files.
