Feature description:
Create a setting that allows you to set offline storage to automatically download and cache files within a date range. Date range would be the date the media was added to the library and setting would be present date followed by how far you want to go back, cache new files added within 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, etc…
Optional 2nd option - anything over the date threshold can either be auto removed or allowed to remain until max offline storage space is reached.
Problem solved:
I believe there is currently an option under provider to allow cache of all media but my library is way to large to ever use that. Sometimes I go on road trips and data usage is an issue for me so if I do not plan beforehand and save the media I want by selecting things I end up having to conserve.
Brought benefits:
This would allow more freedom knowing my latest media is available at all time. Less time for me planning ahead and allowing me to put in less effort which is always a huge benefit to me when I dont have to worry about smaller things.
