I’m discovering your application and I love it. I’m currently using the trial period to properly configure Symfonium and plan to purchase the application, likely next week.
I need your help with the following: in the album view, if two different album artists have named their albums the same way, they are grouped together.
Which setting do I need to adjust so that each album appears distinctly?

What provider ? What tags ? What folder structure ? 
The support section should be used as the messages says to directly provide everything necessary to answer questions.
For local device, you can tweak album split by the provider settings album split.
I am using WebDAV on my pCloud storage, (note: the pCloud provider itself is not working). The folder structure is: a directory named after the Album Artist and then the Album Title, based on the attached image copies.
PCloud is working, if you have an issue open an issue with details …
Same here we are trying to guess things when a proper issue with logs would give all.
WebDAV have the same album split setting that have folder split by default too.
