Feature description:
Please see screenshot of requested functionality. We want to add SMB folders and their files recursively to regular, pre-existing playlists by selecting the folder and tapping on a button to get the playlist selection dialogue.
We DO NOT want to use smart playlists. Thank you in advance.
Problem solved:
Avoid going to album and artist view to add whole artists or albums to regular playlists. Avoid using smart playlists.
Brought benefits:
Adding whole folders and their files recursively to regular playlists without needing to use smart playlists or change your library view.

See the screenshot of your artist view in the library… The option exists. Please add to folder view as shown in the second screenshot.

Please don’t say use smart playlists. There are several reasons we do not want to use smart playlists.
