Have the options available on the “Artists” screen for selecting multiple artists and the menu actions that pops where you can download and add to playlists be implemented on the actual particular Artist View where it shows albums and eps of a single artist. Right now we only get a touch gesture and two buttons to play or to shuffle.
Problem solved
It is a massive pain to download albuns for offline hearing and exporting if you are in the artists page, you can’t open the same menu you can on the Artists view. Having those same options available when you are in the artists view (after you search for an artist or you click on one and get to see their albuns) would greatly decrease the burden of downloading or adding those songs to a playlist.
Brought benefits
It gives users more control of what they want to download or add to the playlists…
Unless I am misunderstanding it… this is not the same, friend… can you tell me what do you mean exactly by album header? The header of the album to me is something that appears when you open the album to see the tracks and at this point I have to do that to all 7 or 8 albuns on an artist’s 25 album list? This is exactly what I want to avoid.
Although I am new to symfonium I liked that it has a lot of stuff that you can do to personalize it, yet I could not find an option to enable me to override the behavior of the “hold” gesture… the only thing I can do is add the option to “add to playlist” but it is still painful for the reasons I said in the paragraph above.
For anyone that comes from a search engine later, the header @Tolriq meant is literally the “Albuns” header in the picture I sent. It is also a button and it does exactly as they said. I would call that a section instead of a header, but that is being pedantic, but also explains why I was not understanding it.
Thanks again.
I think this can be closed.
