# Feature description:

When I set the background to be “blur” or “blurred”, the app will change my notification bar (notification icons, wifi icon, clock, etc.) to be black when the album art is bright, such as a white album cover.

This almost always looks awful (examples attached) and makes the text hard to read.

I would like a way to lock it so it always stays white.

### Problem solved:

Poor readability of text.

### Brought benefits:

More customization. Better readability.

This is due to color detection with the overlay, it’s fixed in next release.

I did receive an update recently but this seems to still be a problem. Unsure if it is fixed in the next update after the one I received this past week?

Check the date of the last update and the date of the issue and you’ll probably know the answer 🙂
